In my personal experience, this approach was highly effective. I acknowledge that many of you may find this to be a considerable amount of work, however, if you adhere to the routine, the number of days you train, whether three, five or six, is inconsequential. The key consideration is that it must be effective for you and not for anyone else. It is important to remember that each of us is unique, and what works for one person may not necessarily work for another. Should you wish to trial the workout plan, you may do so. However, should you find yourself too fatigued or unable to see results after three months, you may wish to consider creating your own workout plan. I am aware that many people are unable to dedicate sufficient time to attending the gym. However, I would like to know whether this is actually the case. I am of the opinion that a duration of one hour per day is sufficient for the exercise requirements. To be transparent, I am able to dedicate a maximum of 50 minutes to my own routine. Some people are reluctant to start or change because the way they see things changes as their body changes.
