Last time, I talked about the mindset and positivity you need when you start working out. Now, imagine that you've been going to the gym for two months and have watched some of the influencers or professionals who demonstrate exercises on YouTube. This is great, as it shows that you're keen to progress. The next stage is to have a great meal and diet plan. It depends on whether you want to bulk or cut first. If you want to start leaner, you should bulk first. Personally, I started with bulking because I weighed around 65 kg, which is nothing for someone who is 180 cm tall. However, if you want to lose weight or fat, you need to start by cutting calories and carbs. So now you have a diet or meal plan to go with your workout plan, and this will vary from person to person, depending on time and genetics. You can choose to work out three, five or six times a week.
